We take the utmost care in ensuring our selection is of the highest quality. However, we understand sometimes things don't work out 🖤

Our “Default Return & Exchange TermsDO NOT APPLY to each product. Each product can have its own return & exchange policy. You'll find which policy is applied on every product page.

Please make sure all returned products are unworn and unwashed with all the original packaging and tags. If you fail to do so, we will not accept your return.

We'll inform you how to exchange/return the product(s) after you sent us a request. Items of different vendors must be returned separately to the place from where they were shipped.

All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they have been delivered to our vendor(s).


Default Return & Exchange Policy

You have the right to return or exchange your product(s) within 14 days after receiving your parcel. 

For returns, we ask you to cover the return shipping fees and customs of your destination. We will refund the full amount originally paid by you. If you return the product(s), you can choose between a refund or a gift card valid for the entire store.

We're also happy to exchange your product(s). We cover the costs of sending the exchanged item to you, while you cover the return shipping fees.

SHIPPING POLICY


Products are sent directly to you by our vendors. If you have purchased items from different vendors at the same time, each vendor will send its package separately.

The processing & delivery times can be found on each product page. Some products take between 1 and 3 working days to be processed, while other products that are made to order may take several days to be dispatched.


We ensure that for every single delivery, a tree is planted in our company forest in Madagascar.

While Urbankissed ships worldwide, the brands on our site can determine where their products are shipped, so some may not be available to purchase in all countries.

As soon as the order has been shipped, you'll receive a notification via e-mail. If you do not receive these confirmation emails, please send us a message at .

Urbankissed and its vendors do not take responsibility for delivery delays. Delays in delivery times may occur around busy periods such as Christmas and global public holidays.


Taxes & Duties


If you order an item that ships to you from another country, your order may be subject to VAT and/or import duties. We have no control over these charges. They will need to be paid by the customer upon receipt.

If you order an item that ships to you from within your own country, there will not be any additional taxes, duties or fees on receipt of goods.

For EU customers, all orders shipped from within the EU are exempt from any import charges too.

Unfortunately, if you fail to pay these import charges and the parcel is returned to the sender, we will not be able to refund your original shipping costs, although we will of course refund the cost of your item when it has been received by the sender.
