With a light and very gentle touch, the Caroline cardigan is crafted from a warm and soft superfine wool and cashmere blend that complements impeccably the cardigan's minimal design. The invisible, fully biodegradable corozo buttons are a detail meant to go unnoticed but providing a composed and effortless feel to the piece, letting its simplicity and lightness shine. The Caroline cardigan is perfect to always have with you - whether you choose to layer it over a top when it gets chilly or wear it by itself, inconspicuously all buttoned up, looking just like a top.

They stay away from synthetic materials, since these are neither natural nor biodegradable. Chemical mixtures containing APEO/NPEO, potentially risky for the environment, animals and people, are not used in the production process.
The raw materials they use in their knitwear garments are 100% made in Italy, including scouring. Francis Stories uses wool from the Sustaina Wool Integrity Program to guarantee the production of the highest quality wool via the sustainable management of natural and physical resources and animal welfare.
