The customer service has been outstanding and very helpful, and with fast replies as well! I ordered the green cardigan and it is beautiful and so incredibly soft! Very pricey but so very worth it for what you're getting and for who you're supporting!
I'd rate it 4.5 stars if I could because the shipping was a bit of a mess around but all in all I received my package a lot quicker than expected in good condition.

I bought the silver whale ring from Solitude the Label and I'm very happy with this piece. The piece is elegant and dainty while also feeling solid. Urbankissed sent me an email to let me know when it would be shipped. I've got to know many new sustainable brands through this webshop. The only downside is that the shipping fee still depends on individual brands but you'll find out about this before paying, so it's all transparent and you can make up your mind whether you want to order from this brand and pay the shipping fee or not.
