Syvênde Swimwear has a 30 days satisfaction guaranteed policy on all its swimwear (except discounted pieces on sale which are final), so you can safely return the goods within 30 days of purchase (EU COUNTRIES ONLY, NO RETURNS OUTSIDE OF THE EU). The swimwear must be in its original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal. The swimwear must not have been worn, washed, have dirty marks, makeup or fake tan marks, smell of perfume, deodorant, cosmetics or washing powder or been altered in any way. Please wear underwear when trying on swimwear for hygiene reasons.
To request an exchange please inform us via e-mail (contact@urbankissed.com) not later than 30 days from the day on which you received the good. After sending the return request, we will contact you within 2 business days and inform you about how to exchange the product(s). On receipt of the product(s), the vendor will inspect and send a new product. Should the terms for the right to return not be met, the customer can at his own expense, request the return of the products. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

They design swimsuits and bikinis using ECONYL® regenerated nylon, a yarn made of abandoned fishing nets, fabric scraps & industrial plastic from landfills and oceans all over the world. The yarn is woven into a premium swimwear fabric which is soft and silky to touch, and is used instead of virgin nylon which is normally made out of crude oil or coal.

If no action is taken, the millions of tons of plastic waste entering our oceans every year will increasingly impact our ecosystems, health, and economies. That’s why Syvênde Swimwear has decided to also donate 5% of all sales to the NGO The Ocean Cleanup who aims to clean up 90% of ocean plastic pollution.
The Ocean Cleanup is developing a passive cleanup method, which uses the natural oceanic forces to rapidly and cost-effectively clean up the plastic already in the oceans. With a full fleet of cleanup systems in the Great Pacific Garbage Patch, they aim to clean up 50% of its plastic every five years.
