Since 2019, Luciee carefully crafts styles from natural materials with a focus on purposeful and clean design, subtle texture, minimal, feminine and timeless detailing. Luciee creates fair livelihood opportunities to the gifted artisans on the island of Bali, creating long-term relationships.

Some fast fashion brands develop upwards of fifty collections a year launching products once a week. This results in 80% of discarded textiles globally being doomed for the landfill.

Lucie – the wonderful woman behind this brand - grew up in a communist country, where she didn’t see excess or choice and she couldn’t seek the latest fashion. As a teenager she made her own clothes. Aged 20 she based herself in London. Little did she know that her decision would lead to a decade-long and fulfilling career in Europe and Asia, supporting adolescent youth around the world. At Luciee they only make what they sell and flip the supply chain on its head. They produce in small batches, encouraging women to consume thoughtfully for a harmonious and balanced relationship with The Earth.

Social Commitments Close To Their Hearts

Since Luciee believes in true partnerships, and the impact of local organizations that understand the context and have the right solutions to the pressing problems, they have decided to allocate 5% of their profits to: ROLE, and The East Bali Poverty Project (EBPP), in coordination with EMpower. Both organizations support impoverished, marginalised and at-risk girls and young women. ROLE does this through vocational training in tourism and hospitality as well as life skills training. EBPP offers a very holistic youth empowerment program which was refined over time based on needs with regards to elements on gender or prevention of early pregnancy and early/child marriage.

Moreover, Luciee partners with Health in Harmony to offset their carbon footprint. Their tree planting effort in Indonesian Borneo is about more than carbon .... their trees increase access to affordable healthcare, invest in women's leadership, provide sustainable jobs, and restore biodiverse ecosystems.
