Paris-based sneaker brand MoEa (Mother Earth) brings us the next generation of sneakers, featuring a classic ‘90s design and an ever-so-slightly chunky sole. MoEa’s timeless & unisex sneakers are highly resistant, breathable and comfortable made from five low-carbon & cruelty-free innovative bio-materials: grapes, ananas, cactus, corn & apples.
The cactus and corn leathers are derived from the discarded skins of these plants, while the pineapple leather comes from leaves. The apple and grape varieties are both made with juice industry waste from Italy. These recycled plant materials are combined with either organic cotton, bio-PU, or recycled plastic. Bio-based materials are on average 89% less polluting than leather.

While the sturdy soles are made in Spain, these stylish best-selling sneakers are fairly handcrafted in Portugal by skilled shoemakers in a workshop that adheres to European labor standards.
