We at Urbankissed are huge lovers of the sea and do everything we can to protect it. That is why we absolutely love Oceanchild Swim, creating sassy bikinis and one-pieces made of ECONYL®.
ECONYL®, created by Italian firm Aquafil, uses synthetic waste such as industrial plastic, waste fabric, and fishing nets from oceans, then recycles and regenerates them into a new nylon yarn that is exactly the same quality as virgin nylon. This fabric is Oeko-Tex certified, making sure that no toxic substances are entering your pores while wearing it.

Swimwear Ethically Made in Portugal
Oceanchild Swim was launched in 2017 by two wonderful German ladies, Laura and Pauline, designing each piece with the tropics at heart, but the European summer in mind. Together they bonded over their mutual love for fashion and the ocean. They recently moved their entire production from Bali to Portugal to shorten the transport routes.
Designed in Germany, made in Portugal – both with a whole lot of love and care. Their swimwear is UVP 50+. High quality and double line seamless finish ensures longevity – resistant to sun cream & oil, ultrachlorine and pilling – making sure you feel fresh all summer.
