Return Policy:

This brand does NOT accept refundable returns. The right to return products within 14 days, as laid down by European Union legislation, does not apply to products from Mums Handmade as they are made to order.

Exchange Policy:

Product exchanges are only possible after contacting Urbankissed within 24 hours of receiving the product. The new product(s) you choose must be from Mumshandmade only and should have a total value equal to or greater than the total value of the product(s) to be returned. The product(s) to be returned must be in perfect condition and not worn. You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product(s) to Mumshandmade and the shipping cost of sending the new product to you.

In the unlikely event of receipt of the wrong product, you must notify Urbankissed within 12 hours of receipt to initiate the process of exchanging the product.
