Sienna Alexander offers FREE 14 days returns and exchanges for orders placed from the UK, the EU and the USA. Other countries: Items to be returned at your own cost within 14 days starting from the day when you received your order. Subject to the following conditions: 

• The product(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt 
• The product(s) must be unworn and returned in their original condition 
• The product(s) must be returned in their entirety with the tag still attached 
• The product(s) must not be damaged 
• SALE items are eligible for 14 days returns for a full refund SALE items are not eligible for free returns or exchanges. (You will need to pay for shipping it back to us) 
• If you paid for express shipping for your order, the refund will only cover the price of the item, and not the shipping cost

To request an exchange please inform us via e-mail (contact@urbankissed.com) not later than 14 days from the day on which you received the good. After sending the return request, we will contact you within 2 business days and inform you about how to exchange the product(s). On receipt of the product(s), the vendor will inspect and send a new product. Should the terms for the right to return not be met, the customer can at his own expense, request the return of the products. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
