Everything is possible when you are located in Biella the capital of the wool: the World’s prime manufacturers area in the panorama of the textile district in the pre-Alpine valleys, a landscape that has been deeply committed to the textile culture for centuries. Artknit Studios was founded in 2018 with the aim to leverage on digital practices and superior quality materials to create fewer and longer lasting products at the best value: for the makers, for the planet and for you. Every piece has a story, makes an impact and has a cost. With full transparency we want to give to our community the whole story behind every single product. We’ve disregarded seasonal collections, putting our entire focus in building elevated products at the least environmental impact.
- Our yarns come from natural resource with low impact for the environment and spinned by certified mills in the heart of the Italian wool valley, Biella at zero mile from our central office. We source the Italian's best materials, that are 100% natural and eco-sustainable.
- We hand-picked the best artisans in Italy to take care of your order and personally craft your knits with care and love. Bypassing all middlemen and intermediary, we reduce drastically out CO2 emission along our supply chain.
- We deliver to your doorstep straight from the workshops to reduce environmental impact and cut all the unnecessary mark-ups in order to make our products as fair as possible

Artknit Studios offers free returns throughout Europe. For any other destination, customers need to pay the return shipping fees.
Artknit Studios has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sales items.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is make a separate purchase for a new item after returning the item(s) you received.
To request a refund please inform us via e-mail (contact@urbankissed.com) not later than 14 days from the day on which you received the good. After sending the return request, we will contact you within 2 business days and inform you about how to refund the product(s). On receipt of the product(s), the vendor will inspect and refund the money. Should the terms for the right to return not be met, the customer can at his own expense, request the return of the products. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
