What we love the most is that their bikinis are made from ECONYL® (regenerated nylon), a yarn made of abandoned fishing nets, fabric scraps & industrial plastic from landfills and oceans worldwide.
Their apparel is made with certified organic cotton. Unlike organic cotton, conventional cotton uses an estimated 25% of the world’s total pesticides. Those cancer-causing pesticides contaminate surrounding rivers & lakes. Compared to conventional cotton, organic cotton is grown without the use of synthetic chemicals as well as is softer, lasts much longer and is better for the environment. It’s hypoallergenic, meaning it’s well-suited for people with allergies.
